Today on the Podcast we talk to Author Russell Clayton and his book about work life balance Russell is a thought leader on the soft side of management including work life balance. Something that really caught my attention in the book was the topic Emotional intelligence and leadership. Russel has written for and been quoted many popular press outlets about Work life Balance.
